2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products & Descriptions
All items sold are refurbished / pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. We grade and describe each item's cosmetic and functional condition to the best of our ability, and product photos are representative of the actual condition where possible. Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the stated grade is expected and does not constitute a defect.
We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
4. Trademark Disclaimer
"PSP," "PlayStation Portable," and related marks are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC. Pspvaults is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment. References to these marks are used solely to describe compatible/refurbished products.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory unavailability — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address as required by law.
6. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased and to refuse any order.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pspvaults and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g., liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct).
10. Product Use & Modification Disclaimer
Some refurbished consoles may include third-party or custom firmware (CFW) if explicitly disclosed in the product listing. Installing custom firmware, homebrew software, or unauthorized modifications on any console is done at your own risk and may void the included warranty (except where the modification was already present and disclosed at time of sale). We are not responsible for any data loss, bricking, or damage resulting from software modifications made by the customer after delivery.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding third-party trademarks referenced under Section 4) — is the property of Pspvaults or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false, fraudulent, or abusive information (including fraudulent chargebacks).
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
